While engaging, Michael is always on point, gently pushing me to get the most out of my workout. Because of arthritis, I have limited range of motion. Michael has custom designed a series of workouts to stretch often achy joints and maximize strength training in neglected muscles. Even when I arrive after a bad day, I always leave the gym feeling great. I highly recommend Michael!

I had a C5 disk removal and he adapted my workouts to help with my physical therapy needs in healing from nerve damage and loss of muscle strength.
